Additional Services

As-Built Drawings

We can perform a detailed as-built survey of a residential structure for use in planning a room renovation, room addition, or whole-house renovation.

Site Plans or House Location Plans for Permits

There’s no need to spend an unnecessarily high amount of money to have a surveyor create a site plan for your project. In most cases, a standard house location plan with only the necessary information is sufficient for most municipalities for permitting for residential projects. (Consult your local zoning officer for specific requirements)
